It was fairly clean place, staff were cooperative, and I truly enjoyed my NICEly furnished room. Could use their small parking.

Beautiful historical place, neat, executive king rooms and informative staff. I got free upgrade and loved it. Breakfast was super, with nice selection of coffee, cereal and pancakes.

My favorite hotel in Mecca, the staff was courteous. Truly enjoyed my stay, it was such wonderful, the service was good. The property was located right by buses. Early check-in, late check-out.
Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

I truly enjoyed my time in this property. Fair place, clean, amazing value. I had decent basic triple room with mind blowing facilities and 2 single beds too. Warm lobby.

my room was nicely decorated, and the staff was so polite. very spacious suite and comfy bed. perfect location and vibrant area. rather good breakfast, the hotel restaurant is cozy.
